Data Protection Statement
Why do we gather and use personal information?
Heathfield School gathers the personal information of its pupils, old girls, current and past parents in order to maintain contact between them and the School.
How do I update or change the information you collect?
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we have about you, and to correct any inaccuracies. You can also change your details at any time through the Update My Details page.
Will Heathfield sell my personal information to other companies?
Heathfield School will not give or sell your personal information to any outside organisation for that organisation's own use without your consent.
Who else can access my data?
Members of the Heathfield Fellowship may request names and addresses if they wish to contact old girls, current or past parents, or to undertake a mailing on behalf of the School e.g. to organise a year group, House or regional event or sports fixture. We will confirm that the person requesting the information is a bona fide member of the Fellowship before releasing contact details of members to them.
If we are asked for information on an old girl, current or past parent or current pupil by someone who is NOT a member of the Fellowship and who does not work for Heathfield, we will pass the contact details of the person requesting the information to the person concerned so that the release of their personal information to that individual is their choice.
How do I opt out of being contacted by Heathfield and the Fellowship?
If you do not wish to receive mailings or any other contact from the Heathfield or the Fellowship please contact Carol Bradberry on 01344 898326 or email fellowship@heathfieldschool.net
